When should they be taken?

Our Sleep Gummies, formulated with chamomile and poppy flower, provide gentle, natural support to help children aged 3 years and above enjoy a calmer, more physiological sleep, without the risk of dependency.

They are especially suitable:

  • When your child has difficulty falling asleep at night, even when tired.
  • If they experience restless sleep or frequent awakenings during the night.
  • During periods such as the start of the school year, changes in routine, or emotional stress.
  • If your child shows signs of persistent tiredness or low energy due to a lack of restorative sleep.
  • During periods when learning and concentration demands at school are more intense.

Children aged 3 years and above:
Take 1 gummy daily.

Best time to take:
30 to 45 minutes before bedtime, as part of your child’s evening routine.

Recommended duration:
A 1-month course (1 jar), which may be repeated as needed.
It can also be used occasionally during more challenging periods.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.

    • Tryptophan: 10 mg
    • Poppy petal extract: 24 mg (EPS)
    • Chamomile flower extract (Matricaria chamomilla): 75 mg (EPS)

    Other ingredients:

    • Maltitol
    • Pectin
    • Citric acid
    • Natural flavouring
    • Sodium citrates
    • Colouring: Carrot and blackcurrant concentrate
    • Carnauba wax
  • Not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
  • Not recommended in case of known allergy to plants from the Asteraceae family (such as chamomile).
