A formula for menstruation, made from black cohosh, which is known to relieve uterine cramps such as menstrual and postpartum cramps (which tend to occur from the second birth onwards).

Directions:

May be taken by dropper in a teaspoon or in 1/4 cup of water, up to 10 times  in 24-hour period. In case of severe discomfort, repeat the dosage every 10 minutes until relief.

We recommend discarding 60 days after opening.
